We are completely dedicated to customer satisfaction.
It's what we pride ourselves on - it's our top priority! We
work hard to ensure customer satisfaction with our Easy Return
policy - All items are carefully inspected before they are
shipped. If you have received item with a defect, fill out
the Return
Authorization Form within 7 days of receipt of bag,
we'll issue you a RA number (Return Authorization Number).
RA#'s expire 7 days after being issued.
Clearly print your name, address and RA# on the outside of the package in the
return area.
All items must be returned in the same condition as it was
sent and with the original tags affixed. It is the buyers
responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure
it is free of defects. Damaged goods due to client negligence
or items without their tags will not be accepted for refund.
Any return that does not meet the above criteria will be sent
back to the customer, we do not sell used merchandise. The
same applies to exchanges.
Easy Exchange
Please be sure to fill out the Exchange
Authorization Form and specify the item(s) you want
to exchange for within 7 days of receipt of bag. Include a
complete description of the issue in the comments field for
an exchange, clearly stating the style number and color for
the exchange item on the return form. Your exchange will be
processed immediately and a hold will be placed on your exchange
item. Once we receive your package, your card will either
be charged or credited depending on the value of your exchange,
and a new tracking number will be issued once your package
has been shipped. All exchanges will be charged a $4.95 handling
fee.
Note: leFashionista.com strongly recommends using UPS or
FedEx that provides a tracking number, as we are not responsible
for lost packages. We cannot accept any orders past the 7-day
receipt time frame. We will not refund shipping charges. Thank
you for your understanding.
Credit Card Refunds
Once your package has been received by le-fashionista.com,
your refund will be processed in the original form of payment
within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email to
the address listed on your account when this transaction has
taken place. Please note that your banking institution may
require additional days to process and post this transaction
to your account once they have received the information from
le-fashionista.com.
Sale Items
There are no exchanges or refunds on "Final Sale" items.

Sales Tax
leFashionista charges sales tax for orders shipped to the state of Georgia. Recipients of orders shipped to other states are responsible for complying with state and local tax laws.
